How often will you receive a tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number once your order has been confirmed. This usually happens within 24–48 hours after successful order processing.
How Can You Track Your Order?
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Check your Inbox for the tracking email
- If not found, check your Spam/Junk folder
- Use the tracking number on the courier’s website to track your parcel
Tracking Does Not Exist?
Sometimes tracking may display messages such as “Unknown”, “Pending”, or “Not Found”.
This usually happens because the courier has not yet updated the system. Please allow 1–2 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking updates to appear.
Failed Delivery Attempt?
If your delivery attempt was unsuccessful, please visit the official Royal Mail website to manage your delivery.
